At Compassionate Journey Counselling we offer individual and couple/family counselling sessions. Counsellors work collaboratively with clients to help with their mental health needs through the use of evidence based practices.

I strive to help individuals overcome hardships in their life and find hope and meaning in the trials that they face. I know how hard life can be, but I also know that we have within ourselves the ability to create positive changes that will allow us to live a happier life. Counselling is a wonderful tool to help aid in that change. I work from a collaborative approach with clients. I truly believe if you want change in your life, you have to work for it. I am here to provide clients with a listening and compassionate ear, offer different perspectives, and help guide clients to find the answers to their own problems. I work to empower my clients to gain the necessary healthy coping skills that will help them face past, current, and future struggles. My goal is to provide a safe space that promotes wellness and healing. I look forward to being a part of your mental wellness journey.
